Personnel hourly rates are charged with no premium rate for time over eight (8) hours per day or for time on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays .

Chargeable hours include field time, travel time, standby field or travel time (to a maximum of eight (8) hours per day and office time.

Personnel rates include engineering test instruments, equipment and tools required for normal field testing.
